“A sound mind in a sound body” is an unavoidable necessity for all.
Sports and games are an integral part of a student’s life. Physical activity stimulates growth and leads to better physical and emotional health. Sports and games is a better way of enhancing the student’s mental and physical growth. Playing and excelling in games and sports also teaches the importance of hard work, perseverance, learning from failure etc. The school offers a wide range of sports and games in a wide spread playground. In SVIS sports and games is made compulsory at all levels. The training for different games and sports is given in a systematic way under experienced coach.
